Top therapist Dr. Ross Ellenhorn explains how to change your habits or better yet, how to change habits in only 21 days by asking "how we change" and why we don't.
In this episode, Dr. Ross Ellenhorn suggests that we need to rethink addiction and questions if Alcoholics Anonymous works. Dr. Ross Ellenhorn also explains why we are all afraid of change and how to overcome fear, addiction & resistance similar to Dr. Gabor Maté. The power of habit mindset reminds us to stop being afraid of failure and Dr. Ross Ellenhorn’s book How We Change (And Ten Reasons Why We Don't) was a big part of that.
We really explored the complex nature of the word “hope” and the fear of hope because we all need it and crave it for motivation but we also are terrified of it causing us pain. So for anyone afraid to make a change, you're not alone and if you're afraid to fail, watch this as I hope it helps someone out there.

How John Boseak went from homeless to a multi-million dollar cyber credit card scammer.
John Boseak has been called many things including, “The Kingpin of Credit Card Fraud”, Miami’s “Dark Lord of Credit Card Scams”, and the “King of Carding.” In this episode, John Boseak explains how he committed fraud, dark web credit card scamming 101, and why fake credit card scams are “chump change”.
Thanks to Matthew Cox, I found John Boseak on the Koncrete podcast. Matt Cox also wrote BENT: How a Homeless Teen–Turned Credit Card Counterfeiter–Made Millions in the Cyber Underworld and Walked Away, a book about John J. Boseak that you can find here: https://insidetruecrime.com/bent-cyber-scammer-takes-secret-service-for-millions/
Regardless of how you feel about John, it’s an undeniably interesting true crime story. John is a charismatic dude who has cleaned up his life as a professional tattoo artist with a major documentary in the works. Once again, sorry about the audio, John was traveling today so we couldn’t meet my quality standard. I apologize if it bothered you!

Today I interview Spencer Cornelia, best known for his popular YouTube series “Authentic or Charlatan.”
Spencer Cornelia believes that the business of selling success is broken. Spencer Cornelia created “Authentic or Charlatan” to critique the rise of “fake gurus” and share the dark truth about the toxic world of self-help.
Authentic or Charlatan exposes self-help gurus like Dan Lok, Tai Lopez, Dan Pena, and Grant Cardone. The big question remains: are these self-help success gurus a scam or not?
I found Spencer on a similar channel called “Coffeezilla” where the guys were discussing if self-improvement can "ruin" your life, if you can really get rich quick, and if success is luck or hard work? We covered all the above in this episode plus something much closer to home, his popular video called “Why Your Favorite Musicians Are Broke." Enjoy the episode!
